VIBRATORY MILL

VIBRANT Vibratory mill is ideally suitable for milling of minerals, ceramics, and any hard materials. The milling chamber is filled with material and media. The chamber is then vibrated and the media balls are forced to fall over the material, hence very fine milling is achieved.

Advantages:
  . The process is very fast compare to ball mill, and the results can be achieved by     about eight to ten times faster then ball mill.
  . Power consumption is very less compare to ball mill.
  . Very fine particle size can be achieved of the order of 300 to 400 mesh.
