Electromagnetic Vibrators are used for :
· Vibrating Bins and Hoppers for smooth flowing
of material
· Vibrating chutes to ensure steady flow of
material
· Vibrating sieve (screen), to sieve material
of different size at controlled rate
· Vibrating containers to increase their net
weight content
· Compacting materials to eliminate blow holes.
The amplitude of these vibrators can be varied over a wide
range by the controller, supplied optional. This enables
uninterrupted flow of material under varying conditions.
These vibrators vibrates at a frequency of 3000 vpm and
are designed for continuous operation.
The design of electromagnetic vibrators eliminates the use
of any moving parts such as bearings, eccentrics, motors,
belts, valves etc., hence requires no maintenance.
