POWDER MIXER

CYCLONE powder mixers does not use any rotating components in the mixing chamber but is fitted with a special vibrating motor generating vibrations which are transmitted to the material to be mixed.
The material is forced by the guiding blades to rise through the pipe, which then overflows from the top of the pipe to the mixing chamber, thus creating a close loop. This cycle continuous, which mixes the whole batch of powder with powder, or powder with binder. The mixer is drain through the bottom drainage provide by a simple lever mechanism.

CYCLONE powder mixer is available in different bath sizes: 5kg and 20 kg powder mixer can be used in laboratory. 50kg and 100 kg powder mixer are used as a production machine. The machine is applicable in Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, foundry (sand with binder).
